Viewing a Restore Status Summary for the Past Week

You can quickly view the current status of all your LiveVault Online Backup Service Agent computers on the All Computers form on the MyLiveVault Home page. This form provides a high-level summary of the restore jobs that have run in the past week and their current or final status.

You can also view the same restore job status information for a specific computer using the Summary tab on the Computer Information form.

To view the restore status summary for your computers

  1. On the MyLiveVault Home page, the All Computers form lists all the computers on your company account and their corresponding high-level status roll-up.

  2. In the Computer Name column, locate the name of a computer.

  3. In the Status column below the backup status information for the computer, you will see a count of the restore jobs that have run in the past week and their current or final status. The counts includes both Network restore jobs and Media restore jobs. The following counts are provided:

    This count... Indicates...
    n Restore Jobs Running The number of restore jobs that are currently active.
    n Restore Jobs Completed The number of restore jobs that have completed in the past week.
    n Restore Jobs Failed The number of restore jobs that did not complete successfully.
