Windows InstallerTo avoid unnecessarily high data change rates and excessive use of network bandwidth, the Windows Installer temporary directory and subdirectories need to be excluded from the LiveVault Online Backup Service backup. LiveVault Online Backup Service Agent version 3.6 and later automatically exclude the Windows Installer temporary directory and subdirectories. If you are running an earlier Agent version, you must manually create the exclusion. The Windows Installer temporary directory is located at the value %SystemDrive%\Config.msi. For example, if the %SystemDrive% environment variable value is C:, create the exclusion: Exclude C:\Config.msi\* (plus subdirectories) In the tree view on the Files to Backup tab, you
will see the icon Related InformationExcluding Files from Backup |

for the
automatically excluded directory and subdirectories. Parent
directories of the automatically excluded directory are marked in
MyLiveVault with one of the "partially excluded" icons, either 
(if a parent directory is selected), or
