Resetting a User's Password
Click Users on the MyLiveVault menu bar.
On the Users Management form, select
the user's name from the list of users, and click Edit.
Click the
Properties tab on the User Information form.
Click Send New Password.
A new MyLiveVault password is immediately e-mailed to the user.
Important: For security purposes, we
will always issue a new password to replace a forgotten password.
Also, we will send the new password by e-mail to the user's known e-mail
address. We will not provide a password over the phone.
