Changing Your Secret Question and Answer

Customer Service will use your secret question and answer pair to validate your identity (for example, if you forget your password). We recommend that you provide a question and answer that other people will not likely know or be able to guess, but that you will be able to remember.

Note: You can only change your own secret question and answer pair.

To change your secret question and answer

If the User Information form is already open, skip to step 3.

  1. Click Users on the MyLiveVault menu bar.

  2. On the Users Management form, select your name from the list of users, and click Edit.

  3. At the bottom of the User Information form, click Change Secrets.

  4. On the Change Secret Question and Answer form, your current secret question is displayed in the Secret question box. If you want to change your secret question, type your new question in this box.

  5. Type your new answer in the New secret answer box.

  6. Click Submit.
