Modifying Other Users' Information

You can modify all the user information of another user of your company account except for the other user's:

  • Password

  • Secret question and answer pair.

To modify a user's information

If the User Information form is already open, skip to step 3.

  1. Click Users on the MyLiveVault menu bar.

  2. On the Users Management form, select the user's name from the list of users, and click Edit.

  3. The tabs on the User Information form display the information previously entered for the user account. You can:

    1. Modify the identification and contact information for the user.

    2. Modify the list of computers assigned to the user.

    3. Modify the list of management capabilities assigned to the user.

  4. When you are done modifying the user's information, click Submit.

    Note: All required fields are marked on the form. You must enter the required information before you are allowed to continue.
