Changing the Media Restore Shipping Information
When you request a Media or Automatic restore, you must provide shipping
information, including:
Name and address of the person you want the physical media shipped to.
Any additional instructions about the shipment or delivery of the media
containing the restored data.
The shipment delivery schedule.
You cannot change the shipping information in MyLiveVault after the request has been
submitted. To change the shipping information, you must contact Customer Service.
