Monitoring Backup: An Overview
Our Service Operations Center (SOC) provides constant monitoring of your backup operations.
If a problem occurs, the SOC identifies, manages, and resolves the problem.
If your assistance is required to resolve the problem, Customer Service will contact the technical contact assigned for that
Agent computer.
In addition, we automatically send e-mail to a computer's technical contact when a major event occurs, for example,
when the computer's initial backup completes.
However, MyLiveVault enables you to check your computers' backup status or to check the settings for a particular backup configuration 24x7.
As a user for your company account, you can view backup status and details
for backup configurations. However, only users assigned the appropriate capability can
configure and manage backup.
