Viewing a Log of Failed Logins for Your Company

  1. Click Company on the MyLiveVault menu bar.

  2. On the Company Information form, click View Log.

The log of all failed login attempts for your company account opens. The following information is displayed for each failed login attempt:

  • Date and time of the failed attempt.

  • E-mail address used during the failed attempt.

  • IP address and hostname (if it can be resolved) from which the failed attempt was made.

Note: The log contains only failed login attempts for recognized users of your company account.
