| Computer name |
Displays the simple machine name of the computer you
are backing up, for example, MYCOMPUTER1. This is the name that is
used to identify the computer in MyLiveVault and in all
service-related information.
LiveVault Online Backup Service requires each computer
in your company account to have a unique computer name.

| LiveVault version |
Displays the version of the LiveVault Online Backup Service Agent software
that is currently installed on the computer. The version number and build number
are shown, for example V3.3.1 Build 3856-0.
Note: This field is blank until the
Agent software has been installed and the computer has connected to the
backup server. Also, if the computer is running the Agent software version
3.1.1 or earlier, this field is blank. |
| Primary technical contact |
Displays the name and e-mail address of the assigned
primary technical contact for the computer. |
| Secondary technical contact |
Displays the name and e-mail address of the assigned
secondary technical contact for the computer.
If no secondary technical contact is assigned, the text (none
specified) is displayed.

| Maximum bandwidth usage |
Displays the specified maximum amount of bandwidth
LiveVault Online Backup Service may use when backing up the
computer. |
| Email status reports |
Specifies whether the primary technical contact for the
computer should receive emails from LiveVault Online Backup Service containing status
reports about the computer. |
| Service plan |
Specifies the service plan selected for
this computer. All charges for the LiveVault Online Backup Service for this
computer shall be as specified in the selected service plan. For the
associated service fees, please refer to the commercial agreement between
you and your service provider.
If you want to change the service plan for
this computer, please contact your service provider.
Depending on your service provider and the service plan you originally
subscribed to, this field may not appear for your computers. |
