You can get information about LiveVault Online Backup Service from the following sources:

MyLiveVault Help

The MyLiveVault Help provides task and overview information to help you install, configure and use LiveVault Online Backup Service. It also includes information to help you back up and restore specific applications, such as Microsoft Exchange.

To access MyLiveVault Help, do one of the following:

  • Click Help on the MyLiveVault menu bar.

  • Click Contents on any MyLiveVault form Help page.

Help for MyLiveVault forms

Context-sensitive Help is available for all MyLiveVault forms. Each form Help page explains how to use the form, and describes all the fields and buttons located on the form.

To open a form Help page, click the Help button located in the upper right corner of the MyLiveVault form. The corresponding form Help page opens in a Web browser window.

Setup Help

The Agent Setup Help provides information to help you install and configure the LiveVault Online Backup Service software on your computer.

To open this Help, press F1 from any dialog box in the Setup application.

Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base articles provide information about troubleshooting LiveVault Online Backup Service.

The Knowledge Base can be accessed through the MyLiveVault Help.
